Code Enforcement, Ordinance Violation and Parking Tickets may be appealed by completing the following online form.

Parking Appeal Guidelines:

1. Being unaware of the Parking Regulations is not a valid excuse for appeal.
2. The driver is responsible for finding an authorized parking space.
3. The registered owner of the vehicle is responsible for any ticket assigned, regardless of who is driving the vehicle at the time of the violation.
4. When applicable, parking permits must be displayed according to the program's regulations.
